Based on the orientation, objectives, views of the Party Committee of the General Development Company DONG SON term (2010-2015) was the Congress Party Third Corporation through:

- Construction Corporation DONG SON become a powerful economic group in Vietnam's leading in the field of construction and real estate business. Activities to be effective, sustainable growth, constantly improving competitiveness and economic integration, continuously improving the lives of workers in enterprises, to contribute more to the development of social contributing to successful implementation of the innovation nation.

 

Thorough understanding and implementation of the Resolution of the Congress Party is building Corporation Corporation DONG SON become an economic group in the period 2010-2015. To prepare the conditions and prerequisites needed for the route established by the Group Corporation, the Board of Management Corporation Building No. 2 consistency through the development of production-oriented business during to the major objectives: "Bringing Company Building No. 2 to become the leading contractor in the construction of tall buildings."

 

:: CONTENTS OF

Board agreed to assign the said General Director of deployment steps, with the following basis:

- Define the objective of building high-rise is the direction and guidance throughout the implementation process to build and implement business plans for the company. In order to bring the company into a leading contractor in the construction of tall buildings and create its own brand for VC2.

- Develop detailed plans for investment in equipment and machinery for construction of modern buildings. Develop cooperative programs with foreign partners to provide technology transfer and construction of modern buildings such as Korea, China, countries in the region and the world.

- Develop plans and programs to visit the regional economy and level of development and construction of modern buildings such as Korea, Singapore, China, Hong Kong ... especially explore the construction contractor building a brand today as COTECONS, COFICO, Peace ... on the road construction, construction techniques, new technologies applied in the construction.

- Develop, recruit staff and technical expertise, its skilled workers, loyalty to the company to prepare to receive new technology and applying new technology to be up time.

- Building from 04 to 05 teams strong execution capability as the core for implementing the construction of the building.

- Research plan investment in the manufacturing sector construction materials proactive nature as adobe brick, light concrete, ... to expand the type of production and business of the Company.
